About Us

Chapter Retreats began in 2018 when Victoria and Adam decided to combine their dream of running a holiday home company, with their love for travel.

Victoria and Adam have both lived within Derbyshire their whole lives. The picturesque setting, and the welcoming communities, seemed the ideal backdrop to their holiday home venture, to provide guests from across the world with the same love for Derbyshire that they hold.

Victoria and Adam both have significant property management experience, owning a number of private rental properties within towns across Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Victoria has also been a housing officer and managed student accommodation, providing her with a wealth of experience in exceptional customer care and service.

Victoria and Adam love to travel, from Ibiza to Thailand to Las Vegas, and naturally, they love to travel in luxury and discover unique stays. This passion, combined with their breadth of property management experience, inspired their venture into creating a luxury holiday home company. Each property is lovingly designed to provide guests with modern and exceptional facilities, within a truly unique setting.

Victoria and Adam’s French Bulldog Claude is also part of the Chapter Retreats team. If you visit Chapter 3 - The Cedar Sanctuary, you may notice him sleeping in the garden, or coming over to ask if everything is okay with your stay.
